Daily word offers inspiration and practical teachings through daily prayer messages to help people of all faiths live healthy, prosperous and meaningful lives. The magazine includes two months of daily affirmations messages, daily prayer articles and spiritual poetry. Subscriptions are available in print editions (regular or large type or Spanish) as well as a digital subscription with online magazine with audio, smartphone app and daily email. International editions are also available.  I look forward to reading my Daily Word each morning!

Join a recreation/wellness center!  Initially, group classes and personal training helped us immensely to get our grief moving! Exercise brought us a sense of purpose and focus that required nothing more than putting one foot in front of the other.  It helped fight depression better than antidepressants, relieved anxiety, pain, insomnia, fatigue and brain fog. It helped us to regain motivation while instilling a sense of calm. Get outdoors! Pick an activity that appeals to you, walking/hiking in nature, swimming, yoga, running, dancing or biking.  Even if you feel you can't drag yourself out of bed, try  to get up and get moving! Start with just 10 minutes! You'll be surprised how much it helps!

Heartfulness is a beautifully simple practice of meditation that connects us with all the light and love in our hearts! Meditation has benefited me by reducing stress, improved sleep, increased focus, better communication in my relationships as well as newfound inner peace and strengthened my connection with Spirit.
